Steph and Cam’s love story started in the most classic of ways: at a club. Cameron bravely approached Steph, who -naturally - gave him a fake number. But that didn’t stop him! Using social media and a lot of persistence (and charm), his kind heart eventually won her over. In 5 years together, they've spent their time raving, beach walking, moving in together, travelling the world together and drinking one-too-many Lager's and Cosmo's at their local pub. They’re beyond excited for their future together, building a life filled with adventure, and love- wherever it may take them.

Travel &amp; Accommodation Q: How do we get to the wedding location?A: We’ve got you covered! We’re organising buses to take guests to and from the venue. The bus will pick up and drop off in the centre of Wanaka town, and taxis can be ordered from there to get you back to your accommodation. Q: Is there parking at the venue?A: Sorry, no parking is available at the venue and no taxi's or private cars will be allowed on site-please use the buses provided. Q: Are there recommended hotels or places to stay nearby?A: We recommend booking an Airbnb—there are some beautiful houses down there! Ideally, pick one in town so you’re within walking distance to the bus. Q: Will there be transportation provided to the venue?A: Yes! See the Travel page for all bus times and pickup/drop-off details. Q: What’s the nearest airport?A: Queenstown Airport Wedding Day Details Q: What time should we arrive at the ceremony?A: The bus will be dropping guests off between 3:00 - 3:15pm. Ceremony starts at 3:30pm Q: What’s the dress code?A: Formal. So dust off your best suit and tie and bring your dancing shoes! Q: Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?A: Yes! Everything will happen in one place, so no running around. Q: Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?A: The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside. Please note that our outdoor area is on grass, so stiletto's are not recommended. Q: Will there be food and drinks provided?A: Absolutely! Q: Are children invited?A: Babies in arms and immediate family's children are invited only. We want everyone to be able to let their hair down and enjoy themselves! Gifts &amp; RegistryQ: Do you have a gift registry?A: We don’t! But we will have a wishing well at the wedding if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon or future home. Fun &amp; Logistics Q: What are the social media guidelines?A: Please, no pictures during the ceremony - we want everyone to be present and off their screens. You’re free to snap away afterwards and share on social media. Q: Are there any fun activities planned for the weekend?A: Yes! We’ll organise some fun things closer to the time and keep you posted.

Shuttle Bus Information 

To make getting to and from the wedding easy and stress-free, we are providing a shuttle service for all guests. Please do not book yourself a taxi or private car to take you to/from the venue - the bus shuttles will be the only transport allowed at Dippies Woolshed. Pick-Up:Buses will depart from the centre of town, at 2:45pm on Saturday, 20th February 2027. Exact location TBC. Please make sure you are ready at the pick-up point so we can leave on time! Drop-Off:Guests will be dropped directly at the wedding venue between 3:00 - 3:15pm for a 3:30pm ceremony. You can then enjoy the afternoon and evening as we celebrate together. Return Trips:As no taxis or private cars can access the venue, two buses will be available to return all guests from the venue back to the centre of town: First bus: 10:30pmLast bus: 11:45pm Guests will be asked to select their preferred return bus when they RSVP so we can reserve your spot. After arriving back in Wanaka township, guests will be responsible for arranging their own transport—either by taxi or walking—to their accommodation. We can’t wait to celebrate with you, and hope this makes your journey to the wedding smooth and easy! ✨

Wishing Well

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We are truly not expecting traditional gifts, but if you would like to contribute, a wishing well will be available at the venue. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated, as it will go towards our honeymoon &amp; first home.

Think black tie ⧓We want you feeling and looking your best for our big day! Come dressed to celebrate in style. P.S. Most of the wedding is outside on grass, so stiletto heels are not recommended.
