To make getting to and from the wedding easy and stress-free, we are providing a shuttle service for all guests. Please do not book yourself a taxi or private car to take you to/from the venue - the bus shuttles will be the only transport allowed at Dippies Woolshed.

Pick-Up:

Buses will depart from the centre of town, at 2:45pm on Saturday, 20th February 2027. Exact location TBC. Please make sure you are ready at the pick-up point so we can leave on time!

Drop-Off:

Guests will be dropped directly at the wedding venue between 3:00 - 3:15pm for a 3:30pm ceremony. You can then enjoy the afternoon and evening as we celebrate together.

Return Trips:

As no taxis or private cars can access the venue, two buses will be available to return all guests from the venue back to the centre of town:

First bus: 10:30pm

Last bus: 11:45pm

Guests will be asked to select their preferred return bus when they RSVP so we can reserve your spot. After arriving back in Wanaka township, guests will be responsible for arranging their own transport—either by taxi or walking—to their accommodation.
